Thanks for your interest.
White Oaks has 1600 acres of land for the enjoyment of riding ATVs. We are a seasonal membership club. Our members enjoy year round trail access with one membership payment. Once you become a member you will have access to the property and trails. We have a couple of weekends a year that we host Charity Rides or our Friends and Family Day that non-members can ride with a day pass. You can check the website and the facebook page for dates.
We have over 40 miles of varying difficulty trails you can ride.
Camping, there are several designated vehicle/ RV spots. All of the sites are rough camping. There are no water, sewer, or electric hookups. They are the RV icons on the trail map in the Garmin app. Tents can be set up almost anywhere on the property.
The Single Yearly Membership is for one adult and passenger to have access to ride their ORV on the property until 3/31/2026, is $200.

There is no prorating membership fees. If your that cheap after spending $8K+ on a machine, to spend $200 for a legal place to ride, don’t contact me.
You need to have valid insurance on each machine when on the property.
Payment will be taken once we review your application, and then we will email you how to pay. You will get your helmet/member stickers once payment is complete. We take check, cash, and Venmo.
You can ride everyday from 8 in the morning until about an hour after dark all year. ATV’s, and Utv’s/SxS’s are good to go. Dirt bikes/Enduro’s, need a meeting prior to joining. The exhaust has to meet our noise level requirements. We require valid insurance on any machine brought here.

Club Rules
ATVs, UTVs, and Dirt bikes ONLY. No Jeeps, Trucks on the trails.
1) Make sure all your equipment meets New York State safety, insurance, registration, emissions, etc.
2) Alcohol and Drug Policy: No drinking while operating ORV. If you drink, Please Drink Responsibly. Excessive drinking, public intoxication, driving motor vehicles (including ATVs, UTVs, Motorcycles) under the influence of alcohol or drugs above the NYS Legal Limit, underage drinking, or drug use will be reported to the police and offenders will be banned without refund.
3) DOT Approved or Snell Approved Helmets must be worn at all times. If your machine is running, your helmet should be on. This includes when you are loading or unloading. One warning! This has been gone over when you joined and is in the rules. No exceptions. You can be told to leave and lose your pass to ride. We want everyone to have a safe experience on our property.
4) Loud Exhaust: State law requires a maximum level of 82 decibels. We ask that you leave your exhaust system stock or if you have an aftermarket exhaust, it should be as quiet as stock. We demand that you have a US Forest Service Approved spark arrestor. All stock exhausts have them as do exhausts made for trail riding. Most racing exhaust systems do not have spark arrestors. No circuit bikes. We are not a race track, so please get appropriate exhaust for riding on the trails here. The noise pisses off neighbors and can close trails.
5) Children: All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by parents when riding. Anyone under 16 needs to be in direct supervision of a parent or guardian. That means the parent or guardian that is on the property with minors, must be within sight distance of them. Machines must be size appropriate for the riders.
6) Pets: Pets are welcome. Please keep them under your control at all times. If there is a problem caused by a pet, please be aware that it is your problem, not ours. Please pick up ALL of your pet’s droppings from the parking lots and camping areas.
7) STAY ON THE TRAILS: Do not ride through any of our fields under any circumstances. They are part of our Agricultural Enterprise. There will be NO WARNINGS given for riding in the fields or other places like through the forest off designated trails. We catch you, you go home. Do not make any NEW trails. Ride only on the marked trails. Do not construct jumps or obstacles anywhere on the trail or riding areas. Do not ride on public roads.
8) Do not leave any garbage, waste, or parts of your ORV on the trails. Pick up your garbage and place it in designated bins at the campsite.
9) Your membership may be terminated at any time by the administration. Just cause for terminations includes but is not limited to failure to follow our rules.
10) You can ride everyday from 8 in the morning until about an hour after dark all year.
11) You can have as many passengers on a machine as it was manufactured for, from the factory.
